"The year was 1993. My wife and I had just had our first child. Like most young parents we were eager to begin planning for our son’s future. Along comes the State Farm lady, friendly, down to earth and demonstrating a genuine compassion towards us. Kings Bay was a small town and Jane reflected every bit of southern hospitality. She helped us enter an appropriate insurance package for our new born son. I proudly maintain that agreement largely because of how she made us feel more than three decades ago. Sure the way society communicates has changed since then and many elect to change and move on with their business affairs but not me. Her office provides the usual annual updates and checkups but that is not why I’ve not made a change. I’m still giving her our business because of the way she made my wife and I feel during early days of parenthood and the ways she continues to make her customers feel like the neighbor next doors, a family. I was reminded of this recently when my wife and I had to contact her office via telephone to validate a small matter. To my surprise, she’s still there 31 years later making a difference in the community and leading a new team of professionals. More importantly she not only took my call and sounded the same way she did back in 1993…..like a good neighbor! Thank you Jane!"

"Decided to drop me after one incident caused by a corrupt cop that I didn't have enough money to extinguish. Best part is they raised my rate by 11$ because of it, have had no incident since then, but they waited a year and a half to drop me. Dishonorable bunch we have here."

"I contacted Jane Browns State Farm office back in June to get a quote on new Home/Vehicle insurance. My wife and I had just recently purchased a new house and thought we were paying to much. I spoke with Jeremy Scott who was very knowledgeable and responded back very quickly when I had questions. Mr. Scott was able to bundle Home\Vehicle and save us over $1000 from what we were previously paying. I highly recommend Jane Browns Office. Ask to speak with Jermey Scott!"

"Not a happy camper with them right now. Staff was oh so nice and inviting when I signed up for insurance and State Farm has taken the premiums out of my bank account every month for the past few years like clockwork; however, after water breached my garage because of flooding from Hurricane Irma; it's "Oh, so sorry, we can't help you with that; you should have had a FEMA flood insurance policy". ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!?? First of all, I had no idea a renter could purchase flood insurance; I thought that was for homeowners only. Secondly, why didn't the agent suggest or even tell me about such a policy!? I really feel like State Farm has added insult to injury; I will have to shell out well over a thousand dollars to replace all the water damaged property and I'm really thinking why in the heck am I even carrying insurance for if I can't use it?"
